Drill Sequence:
- Walking A frames
- A skips
- B skips
- Pogos
- Straight leg bounds
- Strides x 3
Main Workout:
800m/400m/400m x3
20 sec rest between intervals
3 mins rest between sets
Finisher:
5 x 400m continuous
Decrease pace each lap but remain within 10 seconds of the prior lap pace.
