An award winning physiotherapist, KT started her career as a professional dancer in London and NYC. She has over 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation working with both GB and international athletes. Gaining a 1st class honours for Sports Science at Roehampton University and awarded distinction in MSc physiotherapy at Kings College London, KT won awards for research dissertations at both institutions.

Bio
KT has a keen interest in orthopaedics working closely with consultants and sports doctors pre and post operatively. As a keen runner she enjoys working with endurance athletes, particularly marathon runners, and takes a special interest in the hip, knee and ankle.
KT takes an empathetic, logical and clear approach to treatment and strives to address the multiple factors involved in recovery and management of an injury or condition. As someone who has worked with the body all her life movement and exercise forms a large part of treatment as well as instilling life long advice and education that you can carry forwards into your sports and activities.
