Bio
Chrissy holds two degrees from the University of Cape Town (BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy & MSc in Sports Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology) and has over 10 years of clinical experience in the private physiotherapy sector. In addition to this, she completed a postgraduate certificate in neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is an accredited BASI Pilates instructor.
Chrissy worked with renowned clinicians in Cape Town to develop and present on the post-graduate Advanced Neuro-Musculoskeletal Course, while mentoring physiotherapy students. She strives to always be up to date with the latest research in physiotherapy and integrate this into her treatment sessions.
In her free time, Chrissy can be found exploring foreign cities and trying new restaurants!
