Fundamental Reformer Pilates is perfect for anyone new to Pilates, recovering from injury or wanting a slower pace class. Get familiar with the foundational Pilates movement patterns, moving around the Reformer apparatus and how to orientate yourself on and off the apparatus.
Traditional Reformer Pilates classes are an authentic blend of classical Pilates exercises and contemporary variations. Using spring tension to help support and challenge you within the class, we’ll look to integrate the whole body into each exercise to challenge your core strength.

An ex-professional dancer, Clare has always had a passion for movement. Supplementing her dance performance and teaching with yoga and resistance training, she found it a natural transition to the world of fitness and group exercise.
While enthusiastic about teaching all forms of exercise, Yoga and Barre are where her passion lies. Clare’s classes are playful and challenging, with the underlying theme of celebrating what your body can do while taking it to the edge.
James's mission is to create a space to support the growth and well-being of teachers and students alike. He aims to inspire and empower individuals on their Pilates journeys.
As Pilates Master Trainer at Third Space, James crafts educational programs, leads Pilates teacher training, and supervises Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives for all Third Space Equipment (Reformer and Tower) Pilates instructors. James is passionate about upholding quality across all class concepts to create unparalleled Pilates experiences for all.
