A fun and inclusive version of everyone’s favourite daily workout. Your kids have seen how much you love The WOD, now they have a version that’s just for them. Your child will take part in an ever-changing class of carefully-selected moves in a time frame, encouraging focus, good form and tenacity. They’ll learn to count their reps, check their form and do their best, using equipment like rings, kettle bells and stability sticks.
No more pounding the treadmill for hours, get a lean and toned body fast! This class, designed in collaboration with an Olympic sprinter will improve speed and power. Sections of progressive running interspersed with Sprint intervals and inclines will torch calories working the whole body.
Learn boxing fundamentals. Beginners will be taught the correct stance, the precise technique for punches, and effective boxing movements. Advanced boxers will improve their form and progress their technique. Members are kindly requested to bring their own boxing gloves and wraps (these can be purchased at Concierge).
Take your boxing skills to the next level by working on pads. You will learn not only how to punch the pads, but also how to hold them. This is a more advanced class which will incorporate footwork, head movement, and complex combinations. This is an advanced class for members who are ready to step into the ring and engage in contact sparring. Please seek pre-approval from a member of the combat team before booking. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class practiced in kimono (gi). A grappling based martial art which uses takedowns, throws, pins and submissions to combat your opponent. Participants are required to bring their own gi. We recommend those new to Jiu Jitsu and grappling begin with the Fundamentals class.

Chris provides his clients with individual performance analysis utilising innovative technology and applies his unique coaching skill set to deliver a personal, adaptable and understandable approach to training, resulting in continual improvement and success for all his clients.
An ex-professional dancer, Clare has always had a passion for movement. Supplementing her dance performance and teaching with yoga and resistance training, she found it a natural transition to the world of fitness and group exercise.
While enthusiastic about teaching all forms of exercise, Yoga and Barre are where her passion lies. Clare’s classes are playful and challenging, with the underlying theme of celebrating what your body can do while taking it to the edge.
James's mission is to create a space to support the growth and well-being of teachers and students alike. He aims to inspire and empower individuals on their Pilates journeys.
As Pilates Master Trainer at Third Space, James crafts educational programs, leads Pilates teacher training, and supervises Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives for all Third Space Equipment (Reformer and Tower) Pilates instructors. James is passionate about upholding quality across all class concepts to create unparalleled Pilates experiences for all.
Lucie came to the Fitness industry from academia, having previously had a veterinary science career, obtaining a BSc, MSc and PhD.
Her scientific background has provided her with an in depth knowledge of physiology and biomechanics, which she applies to her PT clients to help them reach their individual health goals.
In the studio, her passion for music and high energy combine to provide the class with a true escapism, whilst delivering safe, effective and well structured programmes.
Marek is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Black Belt and Combat Master Trainer at Third Space. Marek started his Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2011, competing in national and international competitions including the IBJJF European and World Championship. Amongst his achievements, Marek won Gold in the British Open and NAGA Championships in 2016 and 2019.
Marek has been teaching since 2014 and received his Black Belt in December 2019. His thorough knowledge of the fundamentals and an open mind to new movements make his teaching style unique and effective, helping many Third Space students achieve gold medal performances.
Growing up as a keen lover of sports including football, skiing and cricket Will studied sports science at London metropolitan, graduating in 2016. Shortly after this Will spent time as a sports scientist in the youth academy set up at AFC Wimbledon in charge of under 11.
Will’s methods inside the studio are simple, effective and ensure that no matter their training age, everyone is able to reach their goals. Using his background in sports science, he is able to understand how to push you to your full potential that you never thought possible.
